Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an entry-level Partnerships Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our corporate partnerships. This varied position encompasses administrative and fundraising support, contributing to income generation, public awareness, and audience expansion.

Environment: Remote for general support; in-person, evenings for Chamber events (3-4 events per month)

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide essential administrative support for various partnerships, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication
  • Sponsorship Assistance:
    • Play a pivotal role in managing inquiries from prospective partners, coordinating materials, and contributing to income-raising initiatives
  • Relationship Cultivation:
    • Participate in activities to cultivate connections with other teams at the Chamber, fostering collaborative relationships for successful partnerships
  • Database Maintenance:
    • Maintain partnership systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for efficient collaboration and reporting
  • Report Writing:
    • Assist in report writing, summarizing key partnership activities, outcomes, and contributions
