Liaising with project management team to ensure the project design is accurate before work commences, acting as main

point of communication between the field and office, providing leadership to installers, investigating and resolving customer

complaints, ensuring the safety policies are strictly adhered to, reviewing project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Ensuring material is released for installation, ensuring installers have accurate drawings and that they are interpreting correctly

for accurate installation. Completing daily reports and tool box talks.

Experience supervising field operations (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, Fieldwire, Ipad use. Strong leadership communications
skills, excellent customer service skills, sound knowledge of contract terms and scope of work. Bilingual (preferred).
