Assist the Superintendent, Project Manager and Account Executive with the overall plan for construction of a project. Assist with preparation of change orders and pricing, research, order and track construction materials, Issue requests for proposals, distribute plans and contract documents to obtain subcontractor bids. Prepare and maintain requests for information, submittal and change order logs. Possess general working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, owner contracts, subcontract purchase orders, correspondence, shop drawings, submittals and all other project related documents. Timely updates to the client. Preparing and submitting project closeout documentation.

Familiarity with architectural drawings and specifications desirable. 2-3 years construction experience desirable. Excellent communication and
team building skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Looking for motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow candidate in a fast
