Job Summary

Embark on a fulfilling career as an entry-level Employee Engagement Assistant in our vibrant membership non-profit. This role is designed for individuals passionate about fostering a positive organizational culture, engaging employees, and contributing to the overall success of our mission.

Environment: Remote for general support; in-person, evenings for Chamber events (3-4 events per month)

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement Initiatives:
    • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Communication:
    • Assist in maintaining clear and effective communication channels to enhance employee engagement
  • Events Coordination:
    • Contribute to planning and organizing employee events, fostering a sense of community within the organization
  • Recognition Programs:
    • Support the execution of employee recognition programs to acknowledge achievements and milestones
  • Surveys and Feedback:
    • Assist in the coordination of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess satisfaction and gather insights for improvement
  • Onboarding Support:
    • Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    • Work collaboratively with different teams to integrate employee engagement strategies into various departments
