LABORER:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Local contractor is seeking one skilled laborers with 3 months experience to join it’s team. Right candidate should be ble to perform manual labor and heavy lifting (50 lbs) typical of the construction and landscaping industries.

DESCRIPTION

· Assists all other crew members with work related tasks

· Cleans work area, tools and equipment

· Perform daily duties scheduled by journeyman, crew chief or supervisor

· Works effectively in a team environment

· Assists with set up and break down of rented equipment

· Other responsibilities as assigned by management

· Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks

· Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment

· Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

· Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space as needed


REQUIREMENTS

· MUST Live in Baltimore City.

· 3 months experience

· OSHA 10 or 30 Required

· Safety-minded

· Arrive on time daily

· Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal

· Able to maintain and operate construction equipment sites
