Gray & Son is hiring an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery including skid steers, bulldozers, graders, and excavators. Help move, grade, and excavate earth for construction projects!

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment to move and grade materials

• Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance

• Follow hand and audio signals to position equipment

• Load and transport dirt, rocks, and materials

• Remove vegetation, rocks, and level terrain

• Participate in daily safety meetings

• Support team and follow Foreman/Superintendent instructions

• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Experience operating construction equipment

• Focus on safety and teamwork

• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors
