Position Overview:
The Downtown Cleaning Corps Team Lead must be a resident of Baltimore City. Will be responsible for the daily supervision of DCC employees assigned to a designated/specific area. The ideal Team Lead must lead by example, work alongside the crew he/she is assigned and make solid decisions about the desired outcome of the work assigned. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the productivity of the assigned work while providing excellent customer service to the community and DCC team members.
