CDL Driver Trainee – We will pay for your CDL!

No CDL required

Triumvirate is seeking a motivated & hardworking professional who has the desire to pursue a career as a CDL Driver.

Once this person has successfully completed this training period, Triumvirate will pay for this person to complete their CDL Training. After successful completion this person will be financially compensated and will be eligible to become a full-time CDL driver for Triumvirate.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

Learn and mentee under our Transportation Manager & assigned Mentor.

Learn to safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state, and federal requirements.

Develop an understanding of OSHA & RCRA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices.

Ability to work as a team player.

Assist in loading and offloading of freight

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

21 years or older

Valid Driver’s License

A positive attitude and the willingness to learn

A desire to start a career in Transportation

Be willing to soak up a TON of training around health, safety, and best industry practices
