Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Workday Systems Budget Analyst in Baltimore, MD. The

particulars of the opportunity are below:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to import budget and position datasets into Workday through import tools. Develop documentation and

guides to standardize these efforts on an ongoing basis.

• Develop and maintain budget to actual and general ledger reports in Workday. This effort includes reviewing parameters of

existing reports, developing new reporting tools based on Budget Office and Agency use cases, and develop documentation

summarizing parameters for all reporting tools used by the Budget Office.

• Review current year actual expenditure data to identity inconsistencies with the Adopted Budget. This may include

identifying duplicate transactions as part of the Workday implementation, identifying incorrect personnel charges, and

identifying incorrectly charged expenditures. This work effort also includes coordinating with team members to initiate

correction entries for these items.

• Reviewing and correcting Supplier Match errors for citywide expenditures.

• Developing Standard Operating Procedure documentation for budget related Workday processes. Potential processes

include initiating budget amendments and position changes.

• Review and troubleshoot issues relating to budget validation errors in Workday. This effort includes analyzing false positive

errors generated by the system and developing tools to help agencies resolve budget errors.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and five years of related experience.
